Cynergi Health & Fitness Club offers the widest variety of classes on the Island and many of the classes are unique to Cynergi, such as Qruzing (or indoor cycling) and Core. For those really serious about pumping iron Cynergi boasts a fully stocked free-weights hall, which includes a complete range of dumbells, bar bells, benches, smith machine, squat rack and more. Cynergi has the largest number of cardiovascular machines, including Treadmills, Steppers, Bikes and Cross-Trainers amounting to 43 different machines. Television monitors are situated by the machines to provide you with sports, news and entertainment while you work out. The Cynergi Staff and Team of Instructors are renowned for their courtesy and are always available to discuss your fitness goals, and a programme tailor-made for you. Our 2 fully mirrored studios have a cushioned hardwood floor and an advanced sound system - to really get you pumping - and are fully stocked with all the necessary and latest innovative equipment for a proper aerobic workout. Members can make use of the 17 metre heated Indoor Pool, which is ideal for relaxation and a good swimming workout. A Sauna and Steam room provides the relaxation required.

THE ROCK, virtual mountain, gives your workout a totally new dimension. THE ROCK is nothing less than the most revolutionary idea in climbing and fitness training. A motorised and rotating, two-person climbing wall brings the challenge of rock climbing indoors. Furthermore, Cynergi has two state of the art Squash Courts, furnished with equipment approved and recommended by the World Squash Federation. Cynergi is also a Malta Squash Gold Centre member. Squash balls and rackets can be rented from reception. Non members can visit the gym and play squash.
